Do you offer custom rotational moulding? What’s the process?
Yes. We handle CAD design, prototyping, tooling, and production in-house. Share your brief or drawings, we’ll refine the design, quote, and schedule tooling. After approval, we produce samples for sign-off, then move into repeatable low-to-medium volume runs.
What are typical lead times and minimum order quantities?
For stocked items, dispatch is usually within a few business days. New tooling and first-off parts typically take 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. Ongoing production runs are scheduled to your needs. MOQs are flexible for prototypes and scale with volume for best pricing.
Are your products NZ-made and certified?
Yes. We manufacture in Hamilton using NZ-based suppliers. Our marine seating meets ABYC H-31 standards, and we offer UV-stabilised and food-grade material options where required.
Can you make custom water or effluent tanks to fit my space?
Absolutely. Provide dimensions, a sketch, or CAD, and we’ll design a tank with the right wall thickness, fittings, baffles, and mounting points for a first-time fit.
